The intelligent cotton tissue production line integrates advanced automation, precision control, and data connectivity to deliver high-efficiency, high-quality tissue production. Four Main Modules

The production line is organized into four key modules:

  1. Web Forming – CNC openers precisely open fibers, while high-speed carding machines with auto-leveling devices ensure uniform fiber webs.

  2. Reinforcement – Hydroentanglement units use multi-stage filtration and circulation systems for efficient water utilization and fiber bonding.

  3. Finishing – Intelligent winders with laser web correction and servo tension control achieve a slitting accuracy of ±0.2mm.

  4. Packaging – Vision-based robotic arms perform high-speed gripping, bagging, sealing, labeling, and metal detection, processing over 6,000 units per hour.


Modular and Space-Saving Layout

The line follows a modular layout that aligns with the production workflow:

Automatic raw material conveying → CNC opener → carding machine → web laying → hydroentanglement → energy-saving drying → intelligent winder → high-speed slitting → robotic packaging

  • Three-Dimensional Space Utilization: Towel roll machines and packaging units are connected by elevators and diverting conveyors, minimizing floor space.

  • Buffer Storage: Installed between modules to allow independent maintenance without halting the overall line.


Fully Automated Workflow

  • AGV Transport: Dry cloth rolls are transported to towel roll stations for automated visual inspection.

  • Dynamic Slitting: Roll diameter changes are monitored in real time, with automatic tension adjustments during rewinding.

  • Robotic Packaging: Robots handle gripping, bagging, sealing, and labeling with a laser coding system for full traceability.

This automation ensures high throughput, minimal manual intervention, and consistent product quality.


Predictive Maintenance and High OEE

To ensure reliability and reduce unplanned downtime:

  • Sensors: Vibration and temperature monitoring on key equipment.

  • Automatic Sharpening & Lifespan Management: For towel roll cutting systems.

  • Robotic Arm Calibration: Regular precision checks for packaging units.

  • Central Control System: Provides automatic lubrication, fault warnings, and predictive maintenance scheduling.

With these features, the line achieves an Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of over 85%, ensuring continuous, high-efficiency operation.
